I was fortunate to score a quick tour of the Melbourne Grand Prix last Thursday, when the teams were just getting everything together for the time trials. Even on the first day the atmosphere was quite electric, and, as you can see all the stars were out to play…
I won’t tell you all the details of the day, but I’ll have you know that those Grand Prix people sure know how to have a good time.
Special thanks to ATT Williams for hosting me on the day. It was interesting to discover that the IT team uses a mix of Linux, Unix and Windows to engineer the cars – how about that!
With any luck, next year I’ll get to watch the race live. Well done Kimi and Ferrari.
