So funny, I couldn&#8217;t resist taking a few snaps.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"windows airport 3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gedda.info\/wp-content\/windows_airport3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It seems that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sydneyairport.com.au\/SACL\/default.htm\">Sydney Airport<\/a> IT is prepared to bet on Windows for its indicator boards. That&#8217;s all well and good &#8211; except when Windows Media Player wants attention. It was complaining about how it was having a bad day and would therefore make the rest of the system suffer. If that wasn&#8217;t bad enough, the indicator boards are in fact terminals displaying the information from a central server. There were Windows Media heart attack signals all over the domestic airport. It was like that for all the time I was there, so at least an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Will <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qantas.com\">Qantas<\/a> take note? Are any planes running Windows?
