It&#8217;s that time when the holiday season is in sight and another work-year is passing you by like a gentle sea breeze on a warm summer afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Bah! Who am I kidding &#8211; it&#8217;s Oktoberfest time!!<\/p>\n<p>This week <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sap.com\">SAP&#8217;s<\/a> annual media and analyst Oktoberfest celebration was the usual place &#8211; Sydney&#8217;s Lowenbrau restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>And what else is there to say about the atmosphere &#8211; it was beer, beer, and more beer! OK, the food was quite good too.<\/p>\n<p>I was far too busy chatting away all evening to take photos but a few people towards the end of the festivities insisted I take a happy snap of them for my blog. What can I say, you haven&#8217;t made it until you&#8217;ve appeared on gedda.info&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"sap oktoberfest\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gedda.info\/wp-content\/sap_oktoberfest_2005.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here we have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frost.com\">Frost &amp; Sullivan<\/a> research analyst Foad Fadaghi, the lovely Cara Wallace from SAP&#8217;s marketing team, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bm.com\">Burson Marsteller<\/a> PR consultant Daniel Young. Talk about a rose between two thorns!<\/p>\n<p>The evening was a great success and everyone had fun.
